Import adds back everything from an exported file (it replaces what's on this phone). In People, tap “Add from my phone contacts” to add people from your phone (only the contacts you tick, kept on your device; works in Chrome on Android and the Samepage app) or import a contacts file (.vcf), and appointments from calendar invites (.ics).
A fresh install starts empty. Add made-up sample data to explore; your own entries stay, and “Clear sample data” removes only the samples.
Erases everything Samepage stored on this phone: people, pets, schedules, messages, expenses, logs, files and settings. Your Premium code stays. Export first if you might want it back.
